Delivery & Charges

We aim to dispatch your order within 3 working days. We then pass your goods onto a third-party courier who will deliver to your door. Don't worry about waiting for the delivery to arrive - we'll send you a tracking number and invoice once its been dispatched.

All orders being delivered to UK mainland are sent with free shipping!

Damages & Returns

Before being dispatched, all pallets are checked over to ensure they contain the correct quantity of product lines and are in good condition.

If, however, there still seems to be a problem, we may issue a refund if the following apply:

  1. Incorrect quantity of goods delivered or damaged goods delivered
  2. Photographic evidence is submitted to sales@directdistro.co.uk within 2 days of delivery.

Credit Accounts

Please note that unless otherwise agreed with your account manager, your account will operate on a pro-forma basis. This means that payment must be made before goods are dispatched.

As of yet, DirectDistro is not accepting any applications for credit accounts.
