What is your minimum order?

Due to the increasing cost of packaging, labour and transport, we have a minimum order quantity (MOQ) of £2000 to ensure we can provide competitive pricing.

We offer FREE UK delivery with every order over MOQ.

How do I pay? 

After placing your order, our sales team will confirm the stock is available and we will ask you to make a Pro Forma payment. This can be sent via BACS transfer.

Once the funds are cleared, we will pick and dispatch your order as soon as possible. We advise you to pay as soon as possible to guarantee the stock is available to you.

 I need to add a few lines to my order, who should I contact?

Please get in touch with your account manager or one of our team members via email or phone, and we can get this added on straight away if possible.

 The product I am after isn't listed on the website, are you able to get it stocked in?

Yes! We are proud to say that we are able to rapidly source most major brands. Please speak to a member of the sales team regarding any products you are interested in.

Can I specify a day for delivery? 

Before dispatching goods, we will contact you to schedule a delivery date.

If for some reason you are no longer available on this date, we will not be able to cancel the delivery attempt and additional fees may apply to schedule another delivery.

Do you deliver to Amazon?

DirectDistro does not deliver directly to Amazon, but we can deliver to third-party prep centres.
