You can apply for a trade account with us using the contact page. A member of our team should reach out to you within 48 hours. To help speed up the process, provide as much information about which products you are especially interested in.

Once your account has been approved, you will be sent an updated copy of our current stock list. If you were looking for a particular item which was not in our catalogue, reach out to our customer support email and a member of our team should be able to help.

The minimum order quantity for DirectDistro is £2000 + VAT. Orders below this will not be processed, however, we may allow test orders for new customers.

Tip: we offer discounts on bulk orders!

All of our orders are placed on a proforma basis. This means we must receive payment in full before we can reserve your goods and ship out your pallet. One payment has been made, we aim to dispatch all orders within 3 working days.

To deliver your products, we use third-party delivery services. Once the goods have been dispatched, we will provide you with a tracking number and invoice. From this point on, you are responsible for the goods.
